  • Intro to Mindful Living

    Welcome to a new way of being. In this 90 minute session, you will learn the basics of how to live a calmer, more balanced life. Together, we will set intentions, learn breathing techniques to calm a busy mind, meditations, and other tools to get you started on cultivating your own mindful practice. 

  • Exploring the Mind

    Everything we believe about ourselves, others, and the world around us lives in the mind. In this 90 minute session, we will explore the mind, the meanings we attach to our experiences, mindful meditation, and setting intentions for a "growth mindset".  

  • Mindfulness & Self-Compassion

    Often considered one of the more challenging practices, in this 90 minute session, we learn how to let go of perfectionism, quiet the inner critic, and discover your inner compassionate coach. Together, we will learn to speak to ourselves with kindness and encouragement as we navigate the challenges of life.

  • Intro to Mindful Performance

    This 90 minute session introduces how attention, stress, and awareness impact performance in everyday life, drawing from neuroscience, psychology, and mindfulness research. Through brief education and experiential practices, participants learn practical tools to support focus, emotional regulation, and steady performance under real-world demands.

  • Mindful Hike

    The very popular Mindful Hike is a community driven hike or walk at an agreed upon location.  Whether it's on a local trail or through a botanical garden, the Mindful Hike is a lesson in the timeless wisdom of the ancient Stoics with the practical application of modern mindfulness. Join us for this "Hero's Journey" for a transformative experience!
